November 29-30, the second iProf Conference took place in Almaty (Kazakhstan). The participants of the event discussed the latest web technologies, online marketing tools and investments in the Internet projects.

At the conference Matvey Alekseev, FAITID CEO, made the presentation on the New gTLD Program carried out by ICANN.

Using an example of .MOSCOW and .МОСКВА domains that are being implemented within the New gTLD Program, Matvey Alekseev spoke about the potential of DNS as an effictive tool for the promotion of different territories and as a basis for the creation of uniform information platforms for the needs of cities and regions.

During the session of the iProf that regarded brand-new Internet technology Matvey Alekseev told the audience about the benefits of SSL Certificates usage and explained the importance of DNSSEC for the protection against cyber attacks.

FAITID CEO also took part in the discussion on the ways of DDoS prevention and the prospects of the Kazakh telecommunication market development.
