Federal Service for Intellectual Property of the Russian Federation issued a trademark certificate for the .MOSCOW and .МОСКВА TLDs. The trademark is registered by the Foundation for Assistance for Internet Technologies and Infrastructure Development.

The .MOSCOW and .МОСКВА extensions' mark has earlier successfully passed expertise that confirmed its compliance to the conditions of the state registration as a trademark.

The combined trademark includes word labels for the .MOSCOW and .МОСКВА TLDs, stylized image of the Moscow Kremlin tower and the slogan about the essence of the project: "The Russian capital in the Internet Space".

FAITID has its own corporate style since 2011. Foundation's logo is also registered as a trademark, now the .MOSCOW and .МОСКВА strings logos are also protected by the trademark law.
