22-26 June 2014 London will host the 50th International Public ICANN Meeting. More than two thousand experts on DNS an Internet Governance will take part in the event.

One of the main topics of the forthcoming meeting will be operating activities of the new TLD registries. Particularly, a session will be hosted in order to exchange current experience new TLD registry operators have while managing their extensions.

Issues related to the New gTLD Program will be also discussed such as name collisions and universal TLD acceptance.

FAITID is a sponsor of the ICANN Meeting in London. At the booth organised by FAITID and designed in Russian style the participants of the event will be able to get information about the .MOSCOW and .МОСКВА top-level domains’ launch as well as try traditional Russian candies and beverages.

During the ICANN Meeting FAITID representatives will take part in the sessions of Registry Stakeholder Group, New TLD Applicant Group and GeoTLDs Group. FAITID is a member of these groups as the registry for the .MOSCOW and .МОСКВА extensions.
