12-16 October 2014 Los Angeles will host the 51st International Public ICANN Meeting. More than one thousand representatives of DNS industry related companies and organisations will take part in the event.

The agenda of the meeting is focused on Internet governance issues and new top-level domains’ implementation. In particular, steps need to be undertaken in order to launch the second application round in course of the New gTLD Program will be discussed. A number of sessions of the meeting is planned to discuss interaction improvements between ICANN and registries for new extensions.

nTLD registries will gather during GeoTLD group and New TLD Applicant Group (NTAG) meetings and also join Registry Stakeholder group meeting (RySG). As a member of these groups and FAITID will be represented at the meetings by its staff.
