Dmitry Burkov, Chairman of the Board of the Foundation for Assistance for Internet Technologies and Infrastructure Development (FAITID), will make a speech at the plenary session of the 5th Congress of Russia's Non-Profit Organizations, which will take place December 2-5, 2014 in Moscow and is organized by the Russian Agency for Information Society Development (RARIO).

The congress will include more than 30 different events (conferences, round-table discussions, sessions, seminars, workshops, etc.) with more than 100 talks and lectures.

The congress also traditionally hosts the Russian National Conference "GOSGRANT" dedicated to the issues of the development of the system of governmental and non-governmental support of the socially-oriented projects of non-profit organizations, and the Third Russian National Forum "Info=SOCIETY 2014: information technology and instruments of e-democracy for Russia's NGOs". The guests of the congress will be able to participate in seminars and workshops on taxation, SMM, grant support, social entrepreneurship, information technology, social services, anti-corruption examination, etc.
