The Russian Association for Electronic Communications (RAEC) supports the initiative for the .MOSCOW and .МОСКВА domains implementation, the project being realized by the Foundation for Assistance for Internet Technologies and Infrastructure Development.

In our opinion, introduction of Moscow domains is an important step for the development of the online brand of Russian capital. Domains will become the symbol of Moscow on the Internet and will help to raise the recognition of the city in the World Wide Web.

We are sure that .MOSCOW and .МОСКВА domains will provide an additional opportunity to attract target audience to websites related to Russian capital.
