From April 20, 2016, the Foundation for Assistance for Internet Technologies and Infrastructure Development (FAITID) will launch a special Landrush period for .MOSCOW and .МОСКВА domain names.

Domain names which were previously included in the list of names unavailable for registration due to name collisions (the Name Collision list) in accordance with ICANN's requirements will become available for registration.

The special registration period will be held in several stages with a special registration fee decreasing on a weekly basis. From May 20, 2016, domain names from the Name Collision list will also be available at the standard registration fee set for all .MOSCOW/.МОСКВА domain names.

Special Landrush Period Schedule:
1st stage (7 calendar days): from 20.04.2016 12:00 MSK to 27.04.2016 12:00 MSK;
2nd stage (7 calendar days): from 27.04.2016 12:00 MSK to 04.05.2016 12:00 MSK;
3rd stage (7 calendar days): from 04.05.2016 12:00 MSK to 11.05.2016 12:00 MSK;
4th stage (9 calendar days): from 11.05.2016 12:00 MSK to 20.05.2016 12:00 MSK.

The Landrush domain registration fee for the Registrar is set forth in Addendum No.1 to the .MOSCOW and .MOCKВА Registry-Registrar Agreement.

Due to the launch of the special Landrush period, the following FAITID's policies will come into effect:

-Special Registration Period Policy for .MOSCOW domain names removed from the list of names unavailable for registration due to name collisions;

-Special Registration Period Policy for .МОСКВА (.xn--80adxhks) domain names removed from the list of names unavailable for registration due to name collisions.

and Addendum No.1 "Pricing" to the .MOSCOW and .MOCKВА Registry-Registrar Agreement will be changed accordingly.
